Per token

Validation takes up to 24 hours.Every rental request is checked by a person before exclusive access is enabled. Your payment is authorized when you request and taken only on approval; the term starts when access is enabled. Every contract is checked and approved within 24 hours of purchase. Exclusive access starts when it is approved, and your 30-day term starts then. If it is not approved, you are not charged.

TierA tier is the set of limits your account gets. It upgrades by itself when your total credit purchases reach the amount shown for the next tier. Qualifies at Monthly usage limitThe most spend per calendar month a tier allows, counted in CST. The sandbox has no monthly dollar limit because it is never billed. Requests / minHow many calls your whole account may start in one minute. Calls past it are refused with a 429 and a retry time. Tokens / minHow many tokens your whole account may use in one minute. Billing questions

How does billing work?

You buy prepaid credit, and each call uses it at the per-token price of the model you named. Credit from the oldest purchase is used first. The price table on this page is the price list.

Does credit expire?

Yes, 12 months after the purchase, as the credit note above says.

Is sales tax added?

Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout, before you pay.

What if I go over my balance?

Calls stop when your credit is used up. A small overrun after your balance reaches zero is taken from your next purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Credit is not refundable except where the law requires it or where we made an error. A rental request that is declined is never charged. The Terms hold the full rules.
