Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Contact form, Solution Finder & demo assistants: the business details and messages you choose to share (e.g. industry, the tasks that take your time, and — only if you offer it — your name and email).
- Assistant transcripts: we log conversations with Ada and the live industry demo assistants so we can follow up and improve our recommendations.
- Cookieless, first-party analytics: privacy-respecting usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate acquisition channel). We do not use tracking cookies, we use no third-party tracking or advertising networks, and we do not derive your location from your IP address. Your IP address is retained briefly for fraud prevention and abuse management (up to 90 days), and as a permanent one-way hash for bot detection.
How we use it
To respond to you, prepare your free consult, improve the site and our service (analytics are used in aggregate), and protect against abuse. We send a lead notification to our own team when you reach out.
Communications & opt-out
If you submit the contact form or ask an assistant to email you, we may send service-related and transactional messages about your request. If you opt in, you may receive a limited number of follow-ups; every such message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of non-transactional messages at any time.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't pool or resell your content. Your information isn't used to train a public AI model. Exports we generate for our own use never contain raw IP addresses.
Your AI key
For custom builds, the AI runs on your provider key — your usage data stays under your account, not ours.
Hosted AI agent (for clients)
If we provision an embeddable or hosted AI agent for you, the conversations between your agent and your visitors, the leads it captures, and the knowledge you add are your data: you are responsible for it (including any notice or consent your visitors require), and we process it only to run, secure, and support the agent for you. It runs on your own AI key, we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train any public AI model. Agent conversations are retained on a rolling basis (currently about 90 days) and you can export or delete your data from your portal; captured leads are kept separately so the rolling deletion doesn't remove them.
Retention
- Contact form leads: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Finder and site assistant transcripts (Ada, demos): up to 90 days, then deleted.
- Hosted agent conversations (your clients): rolling 90-day window, as described above.
- Raw IP addresses: up to 90 days for abuse management, then permanently removed from our records.
