What we collect

• Contact form, Solution Finder & demo assistants: the business details and messages you choose to share (e.g.

industry, the tasks that take your time, and — only if you offer it — your name and email).

• Assistant transcripts: we log conversations with Ada and the live industry demo assistants so we can follow up

and improve our recommendations.

• Cookieless, first-party analytics: privacy-respecting usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate

acquisition channel). We do not use tracking cookies, we use no third-party tracking or advertising

networks, and we do not derive your location from your IP address; the IP is stored only as a one-way hash for

spam/bot protection.

How we use it

To respond to you, prepare your free consult, improve the site and our service (analytics are used in aggregate),

and protect against abuse. We send a lead notification to our own team when you reach out.

Communications & opt-out

If you submit the contact form or ask an assistant to email you, we may send service-related and transactional

messages about your request. If you opt in, you may receive a limited number of follow-ups; every such message

includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of non-transactional messages at any time.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't pool or resell your content. Your information isn't used to train a public AI

model. Exports we generate for our own use never contain raw IP addresses.

Your AI key

For custom builds, the AI runs on your provider key — your usage data stays under your account, not ours.

Retention

We keep leads and assistant transcripts as long as needed to serve you and run our business, then remove them.
