Do I need to know how to prompt AI?
No. Your team clicks buttons and fills forms — the AI works under the hood. There's nothing to learn.
Who owns the software?
You do. Everything we build for you is your property. We keep the general methods we use, so we can build similar systems for others — but your system, content, and data are yours alone.
What about my data and privacy?
Your data stays private: it isn't pooled or resold and never trains a public model. Run it on your own AI key, or on AideaMaker Private AI, where your prompts and answers pass through our API gateway without being written to our databases, logs or backups. Regulated data, such as health or card data, needs a written agreement with us first.
What is Private AI?
AideaMaker Private AI is an OpenAI-compatible AI service we run ourselves. You choose your model from an approved list (Laguna or Qwen3.8 Flash Next), try it free with an account, and your AideaMaker software can run on it. Developers can use it directly from their own apps.

Is there a free demo or trial?
Every build is custom, so there's no off-the-shelf demo — but the Solution Finder on this site is a live demo of what we build. The first step is a free consult.
What's the real total cost, including AI usage?
A one-time build fee for the software, an optional monthly care plan and hosting if you want them, and your AI usage, billed per use either by AideaMaker Private AI at its published rates or by your own provider on your own key. Every build is custom, so we give you an exact quote on your free consult.
What if it doesn't work for us?
We agree the exact features in writing before we build, so there are no surprises. The value comes from using it.
