Billing questions

How does billing work?

You buy prepaid credit, and each call uses it at the per-token price of the model you named. Credit from the oldest purchase is used first. The price table on this page is the price list.

Does credit expire?

Yes, 12 months after the purchase, as the credit note above says.

Is sales tax added?

Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout, before you pay.

What if I go over my balance?

Calls stop when your credit is used up. A small overrun after your balance reaches zero is taken from your next purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Credit is not refundable unless we are unable to provide the service. A contract request that is declined is never charged, and if a contract cannot start, everything you paid for it is returned. The Terms hold the full rules.
